I am an intern (counselor trainee) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling doing my Master's work at the University of the Cumberlands in August of 2026. My focus is using my experience in pastoral work/counseling to go deeper and helping others heal, especially in the area of sexually compulsive and addictive behaviors, marital issues, faith-based trauma, and healing from various other traumatic life events. I am pursuing my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a specialized focus as a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I am being supervised by Steven Andry, MA, LPCC-S, CSAT-S, CPTT-S.
My heart is to be a guiding resource for individuals struggling with developmental, relational, or spiritual traumas and sexually addictive/compulsive behaviors. I believe that lasting healing comes from addressing the core issues that keep us from living a fulfilling, healthy, and enjoyable life. I also see that many men have a need for healing in areas that often go unrecognized. I want to be there to offer healing, support and information.
Certifications: (1) "LPC"- Licensed Professional Counselor - Trainee; (2) “CSAT- Candidate”- Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, specializing in the treatment of individuals with sexually addictive/compulsive behaviors and their betrayed partners/families.
