STEP 4

Work Your Plan

The presence of planned structure enables a person new in relational recovery to begin to stabilize emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Establishing a consist recovery routine is the beginning of working your own personal therapy plan.

You and your therapist will build a treatment plan utilizing the counseling experience itself, and other specific materials and exercises. This plan will be prepared by your therapist with a keen eye to consider the personal pain and trauma you have experienced. Your specific treatment plan may include individual therapy, group therapy, support groups, twelve-step meetings, self-care recommendations, or other therapeutic modalities. The Intact team is acutely aware every person’s story is different whether you are a betrayed partner, in an unhealthy/toxic relationship, or caught in the cyclical patterns of addiction.

Be assured, you will be met with compassionate understanding by the Intact team. Contact us to day to begin your journey to a healthier YOU!
